Coffee Products
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns or exchanges on roasted coffee products. However, if there is an issue with your order—such as damage, incorrect items, or a quality concern—please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll review your case and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation. We may request photos or batch numbers to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Coffee Products (Apparel, Gear, etc.)
Unworn apparel and unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
