Thank you for shopping with Lost Without Coffee Co.! We’re committed to delivering your coffee (or other products) as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:


📦 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Note: During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly delayed.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer:

  • Economy Shipping (5-8 business days)

  • Free Shipping on all orders! (U.S. only)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather disruptions.


🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking info may take up to 24 hours to become active.


📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
