Product Details: Fresh Roasted Coffee - Early Catch - Light Roast - 12oz specialty coffee roasted.
Tasting Profile: Light
A complex light roast with blackberry like acidity and caramel sweetness. The Ethiopian beans contribute complex tea and berry notes while the Guatemalan and Brazilian components provide a chewy middle, creating a unique flavor profile that's both bright and sweet.
Origin & Region: Ethiopia, Guatemala, Brazil
This blend sources from Ethiopian smallholder farms in Guji where traditional shade-growing and intercropping methods are maintained, Guatemalan producers in the volcanic highlands of Antigua and Huehuetenango with their heritage farming practices, and Brazilian estates in Cerrado utilizing modern agricultural techniques. These three origins combine traditional and contemporary farming approaches from premier coffee regions.
Altitude & Processing: 900-2,100 MASL (meters above sea level)
This fresh roasted coffee light roast blend combines Ethiopian beans (1,850-2,100m) washed for vibrant floral and fruit notes, Guatemalan beans (1,500-2,000m) washed for balanced complexity and sweetness, and Brazilian beans (900-1,400m) using pulped natural processing for body and foundation. The complementary processing methods create a bright, layered cup that showcases the high-altitude Ethiopian character while maintaining balance and drinkability.
Blend Composition: Ethiopian Heirloom Varietals, Bourbon, Typica, Caturra, Catuaí, Mundo Novo
This blend showcases Ethiopian heirloom varietals known for their bright floral and fruit characteristics, combined with Guatemalan Bourbon and Typica for balanced sweetness and complexity, plus Brazilian Catuaí and Mundo Novo for body and chocolate notes. The Ethiopian heirlooms provide exceptional cup quality and unique flavor diversity, while the Central American varietals contribute structural balance, and the Brazilian cultivars add foundation and richness to create a well-rounded light roast.
